TaylorMr and Mrs. Russell Taylor, 604 W. Harrison, Fairfield, will observe their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the community center in Libertyville.Russell Taylor and Willa McClure were married Dec. 22, 1926, in Ottumwa, the late Rev. Luther W. Childs officiating.She is a 1925 graduate of Ottumwa High School.The couple farmed for 42 years near Batavia before retirment.Hosting the event will be their five children and spouses; Mary Margaret Boyle of Route 3, Fairfield, James and Stuart of Route 1, Batavia, Linda Polk of Russellville, Ark., and Carol Bachi of Taylors, SC.Friends and relatives are invited to attend.The couple request no gifts.■ ■ ■____
