Earl J. RosenbergerEarl J. Rosenberger, 83, of Gore, VA, died on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Winchester Medical Center.Mr. Rosenberger was born on January 10,1924 in Hayfield, VA, a son of the late Julian Love and Leva Clowser Rosenberger. Earl was a First Class Lineman for Potomac Edison for 30 years. He was a member of the Hebron Baptist Church in Gore, VA, a member of the VFW Post #2123 in Winchester, and a member of the American Legion Post #137 in Capon Bridge, WV. He was an United States Army Veteran having served during WWII. Earl enjoyed farming and being with his family,Mr. Rosenberger was married to Margel Dean Rosenberger on December 28,1957 in Winchester,Surviving with his wife of 49 years is one son, Chris J. Rosenberger and his wife, Lisa of Gore, VA; two daughters, Tammy J. Luttrell and her husband, Les; Robin A. Shaw and her husband, Mike all of Gore, VA; and five grandchildren,Josh Luttrell, Jamie Edmonds, Travis Luttrell, Casey Edmonds and Cody Rosenberger.Earl is preceded in death by two brothers, Edwin Rosenberger and Roger Rosenberger; and two sisters, Edna Sale and Viola Pugh.A funeral service will be conducted at the Hebron Baptist Church on Sunday, November 11, 2007 at 2 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. Dennis Elsea. Interment will be at the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Hayfield, VA. Military rights will be accorded by the VFW Post 2123.The family will receive friends at the Giffin Funeral Home in Capon Bridge, WV on Saturday, November 10, 2007 from 6-8 p.m.Memorial contributions can be made to the Gore Vol. Fire and Rescue, P.O.
