Wilburn M. MitchellFOLLANSBEE - Wilburn Martin Mitchell, 54, of 600 Hem-i lock St. died Saturday at 1 a.m. in his home.He was born in Birmingham, Ala., Oct. 8, 1919, to Edna Hammond Mitchell and the late John Martin Mitchell.He was a retired employe of Penn Central Railroad, a veteran of WW II, a member of the Pilgrim Masonic I/)dge of Steu-! benville, the Aladdin Temple of1 Columbus, Ohio, the Eagle Hodge | of Follansbee, the DAV of Steu-! benville and the Dapper Dan Club of the Upper Ohio Valley.He is survived by his wife, Algy DiPasquale Mitchell; his mother who lives in Toronto, Ohio., and his sister, Mrs. Harry i Mary Kathryn) Strautmann of Wheeling.Friends may call at the James Funeral Home Sunday and Monday 2-4 and 7-9.Funeral arrangements are incomplete.ki: _ u _ i _
