Arsonist TerrorizesBurned Out Holy CityHOLY CITY (UPI) —Holy Cily, founded 50 yea is ago as a heaven on earth, is being terrorized by an arsonist who threatens to destroy what remains of the sleepy litllc village.There’s not much -- n third of the town was leveled two years ago by. an accidental tire..But the' 150 residents left are apprehensive because o( the telephoned threats received by two local businessmen, and because there have lecn three fires within the past few months.Holy Cily was founded in 1918 by Father William E.
