AUSTIN. Nov. 8— iUP—T. L Southerland and Ovid Mathis bear no ill will toward anyone for the three years they have served in Texas prison due to mistaken identification as bank robbers, they told Gov. James V. Allred just before their release, the governor revealed today.The two men were brought to Austin by Warden W. W. Waid at the governor’s request.
