35th AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. Kenneth L. Moyer, Freeport Route 3, will be honored in observance of their 35th wedding anniversary at an open house Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Orangeville American Legion Hall.All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Formal invitations are not being sent. The couple requests that gifts be omitted.Kenneth Moyer and Sylvia Frenzel were married Nov. 15, 1937, in St. John's Evangelical Church parsonage, Freeport, by the Rev. Edwin Arends. Argene Van Matre of Rockford and Mrs. Orville Hawthorn of Monroe, Wis., were the couple’s attendants.The open house is being given by the Moyers’ children, Mrs. Sandy (Charlene) Sawyer of Spanaway, Wash., Mrs. Earl (Beverley) Lindenman of Winslow, Miss Kendalyn Moyer of Rockford and Kim L., at home. The couple also has seven granddaughters.
