StonesOn October 30, Mr. and Mrs, S. a Stone of 212 North Elmwood, celebrated their 50thwedding anniversary at a dinner and cocktail party given for them by Mrs. Stone’s sister, Mrs. Walter H. Jacobs, at the South Shore Country club. The tables were decorated with gold leaves and white mums.The couple has two children, Mrs. Kirk D. Holland Jr., 551 Jackson, River Forest, and Robert W. Stone, New York actor known professionally as Robinson Stone. They have threegrandchildren, Nancy Ifolland Arends (Mrs. Charles Arends of Chicago), Gay Holland, a junior at Northwestern university, and Sandra Holland, a fourth grade pupil at Roosevelt school They also have one great-grandchild, Mary-Kirk Arends of Chicago.Attending the party were four members of the original wedding party: Mrs. Walter H. Jacobs and Mrs. James Gordon White, both of Chicago; Mrs. R. G. Gerhardt of Oak Park and Mrs. George Johnson, former Oak Parker. Other guests who attended and were original wedding guests were Mrs.I teeotdJamies Gordon White,. Mrs. R. Heun and Mrs. ElizabethHerseher of Chicago; also Mrs. J. Harvey Manny and Mrs. Erwin W. Fearing, both of OakPark.(Members of the family who ere present at the affair wereRobert W. Stone, Mr. and Mrs. Kirk ID. Holland Jr., and daughter Gay, Mr. and Mrs. CharlesArends, Mrs. Walter H. Jacobs,Mr. and Mrs. J. G. White, Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Dickey,and Mrs. George Dembo.Mr. Stone,..son of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Stone, was an Austin resident at the time of his marriage to Mrs. Stone, the former Jessie L Robinson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. I. A. Robinson.Villagers present at the dinner party were Mr. and Mrs. Ward Cronwall, Mr. and Mrs. John Duncombe, Mrs. George Fearing, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kaska, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Gamhill, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Wiliams, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Nichdls, Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Franks, Mr. and Mrs. Ginger Cosemann, Mr. and Mrs. G. Fred Sherman. *Other villagers were Mrs. Walter Hoagland, Mrs. William F. Neuert, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wright, Mrs. L. Hale, Mr. and Mrs. G.
