Fifty years for CallawaysA lot of reminiscing and celebrating was going on October 29 when family and friends of William J. and (Cladys) June Callaway helped them celebrate their golden wedding anniversary. The Callaways, who moved to Stockport from Burlington in the mid-1970 s, joined their family at the reception at the home of their daughter, Juawona and Richard Weiss on Fair Acres Drive. William Callaway and June Stucker were married Oct. 21, 1933. Their other children also attended. O'Kemm and Don Dixon. Burlington; Michael Callaway of Stockport; and Patrick and Cheri Callaway of Hillsboro. The 10 grandchildren were present; Michelle and Scott Weiss. Beth. Annette and Wayde Dixon. Burlington; Dennis Weiss, Bellevue; Curtis Weiss and his wife Janna, Muscatine; Miles Dixon, Danville. 111.; Becky and Willy Callaway, Hillsboro. A pleasant surprise for the entire family was the arrival of Mr. Callaway's sister, \elda Shain of Los Angeles, who flew into Burlington the night before but did not make her appearance until time for the reception. Among the guests were Wally Weiss of Venice, Fla., and Theresa Hahn of Epworth. Relatives and friends attended from Fairfield. Wapello, Columbus Junction. Morning Sun and New London.
