To Celebrate FiftiethWedding AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. S. R; France will celebrate their fiftieth wedding anniversary Tuesday. They will have open house for their friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p. m., after a family dinner at noon.Mr. and Mrs. France came to Woodbury county long before the town of Moville was founded. The former was born in Ohio in 1854, coming here in 1878 to settle on^.a farm still in his possession, located four miles east of Moville.Mrs. France, who was Alice M. Deming, is a native of Ced^r county, Iowa, born in 1868. She came here as a child with her parents, who settled on a farm east of Moville.The couple was married November 10, 1886, in Sioux City. They made their home on the farm until 1920, when they moved to Mobile. Two^ figfiey ' Hirte three grandchildren.
