Trucker Arraigned In DeathARMAGH - William R. Parsons, 61, of Allegheny County, has been arrested on a charge of of involuntary manslaughter in the Oct. 13 traffic death of Charles A. Mack, 25, of Armagh.State police arrested Parsons and he was arraigned before District Magistrate John Chandler of Pittsburgh.Police identified Parsons as the driver of a coal truck that was involved in a collision with a car driven by Mr. Mack on Route 56 at the intersection of old Route 22 in Aramgh.A preliminary hearing is to be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at the office of District Magistrate Angelo Cravotta of Blairs ville.Parsons was released on $5,000 bond.
