Galena Couple To Mark 30th AnniversaryGALENA-Mr, and Mrs, Donald Symons of Galena will observe their 30th wedding anniversary at an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 7, in the fellowship hall of the United Methodist Church,Donald and Marie Symons were married June 7, 1945, in the Lutheran parsonage in Elizabeth.They are the parents of Mrs. Karon Stowe, Mrs. Rose Mann, Kenneth, Jerry and Richard, all of Galena, Margaret of Nebraska, and Bonnie, Henry and Delores, all at home.They also have three grandchildren. Two children, Larry and Sammy, are deceased. Mrs. Symons' mother, Mrs. Rosina Binns, lives near Elizabeth.No formal invitations are being mailed, but all friends and relatives are invited.
