Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Beintema who lives 2 and one half miles south of Otley celebrated their golden Wedding Anniversary Thursday May 22, 1930 with their children and families' gathered in a big family reunion. I I hey were married in Holland and came here to live having resided near Knoxville, Monroe and Pella and in the state of Mississippi, They have lived at the present locat.on more than 35 years:. Davis, Knoxville. |Everyone brought well filled baskets and enjoyed a big dinner served cafeteria style. Then old times were talked over and many pictures taken. The couple were presented with two beautiful reed rockers.
