Judges from Region VII participating included (1. to r.)Judge Glynn “Broad” Luther ofPrecinct 2 Place 1 in Ferris, Judge Milton C. Gallagher of Precinct 3 Place 1 in Ennis, Judge Herschel H. Smith of Precinct 1 Place 1 in Waxahachie and Judge Mike Boyd of Precinct 8 Place 1 in Italy. The training center is headquartered on the Southwest Texas State University campus, where part of the seminar sessions are held. The training program is fundedthrough the Governor’s Office-Criminal Justice Division. There is no charge to the participating counties.Day Outing for St. John Srs.St. John’s High School seniors' annual outing this graduation season was a two-day sojourn including a visit to Six Flags on “Senior Night” there for all seniors in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.They left here at 1:30 p.m. Thursday for Western Hill Inn, Hwy 183, at Euless where they stayed overnight. That evening some of the boys attended theWEDNESDAY - 1:30 p.m. -Plaza Theatre Party for seniorsonly.THURSDAY - 8 p.m. - 50’s— » • J _ n____igame at Arlington Stadium while others relaxed around the pool at the inn.The next momning they all had breakfast together with their chaperones at 9:30 at the inn. Then they visited various places in the area and swam in the Inn pool. That afternoon at 2 the young people went bowlingat Prairie Lea, a nearby bowling spot.
