Florida’s Weekend Road Toll At EightoBy THE ASSOCIATED PRESSA young couple died in an unusual Orange County accident, bringing Florida’s weekend traffic death toll to eight. iCharles Edward Davis andhis wife Mary, both 20, of West Palm Beach, were killed after their car ran off the road during heavy rainfall early Sunday.Later a car driven by Davis’ brother collided with them.Davis apparently had called his brother Edward o f Kissimmee for help. When the brother arrived he was standing beside his own car with his wife inside. Both were killed in the collision.The accident happened on Apopka Vineyard Road just north of the Disney Land area near Orlando.A double-death accident also occurred in Martin County Saturday night.Jerry Daniel Barbree, 19, and Kathleen Ann Nehls, 16, both of Belle Glade, were killed wheh the car they were riding hit a bridge abutment on State Road 76 near FortPierce.In Hialeah, 57-year-old Severino Toledo of that Miami jsuburb was fatally injured on West Okeechobee Road Saturday night. He tried to 1pass another vehicle, then hit 'a palm tree.Edith Cusseaux Bass, 37, of Ocala, was killed on State ;Road 200A near Ocala Saturday night.
