Elks Finalize Plans For Institution Of Lodge ThursdayThe final plans for the formal institution ot the New Klks Lodge No. 2081. were made at a meeting last week.Nominations for all offices were closed and the members to be elected to the offices indicated are as follows:Exalted Ruler, A. W. Farley; Leading Knight, Wm. llomer Water; Loyal Knight, Norman G. Hines; Lecturing knight, Warren Domcngeaux; Secretary, Robert C. Hoffman of Ingram; Treasurer, Forest L. Womack; Tiler, Haskell 11. Fine.The following Trustees were nominated to serve the number! of years indicated: Cooper C. Drury, Ingram lt;P; Hubert iJ Wilson. lt;2; Lewis E. Limbert lt;3 ; James K. Looker, Ingram, lt;4; and Sidney C. Ashton lt;5: Other officers to be appointed by the Exalted Ruler will be a! Chaplain, Esquire and Inner Guard.The formal institution of the Lodge will take place Tuesday night, May 27th, following a dinner at the Golden Ox Restaurant. The degree team of the San Antonio Lodge which holds the Championship of the State, will conduct the election of otti-ccrs and their installation and also the work of initiating the new members. iApproximately 00 new members will be initiated and 20 others, formerly members of oilier Elks Lodges will become charter members of the new Lodge.See ELKS Page 3
