Bus-sard, Cumberland, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on March 28.Herman and Grace (Parks) Bussard were married March 28, 1948 at the Hubbard St. parsonage by the Rev. Jones.Mr. Bussard is a retired state highway employee and Mrs. Bussard is a homemaker. They have three children: Mr. Sam Bussard and wife, Sheila, Spring Gap; Mr. Don Bussard and friend, Charlene, Cumberland; and Mrs. Connie Wamick and friend, Larry, Martinsburg, W.Va.They have eight grandchildren: Russell Bussard and wife, Malinda, Cumberland; Samantha Kuhn and husband, Pete, Carpendale, W.Va., Dan Bussard Jr., and friend, Vickie; Scott Bussard and friend, Tracey; and Tammy Bussard, all of Cumberland; Gill Wamick and wife, Tina; Eddie Wamick and friend, Angelice, and son, Cullin; and Heather Warnick, all of Martinsburg.They have great grandchildren: Nathan Bussard, Katie Bussard, Harly Kuhn, Noah Kuhn, deceased, and Lexie Warnick.The anniversary celebration held in their honor was given by their children.
