TWO AUTOS WERE damaged here Saturday evering about 6 o’clock after the gas pedal on a 1963 station wagon driven by Tennessee Riggins of Blytheville stuck, according to the accident report.Police said Mrs. Riggins was parked on South Broadway behind an unoccupied 1953 four-door auto owned by Spencer A. Burroughs and as she attempted to pull out the accelerator jammed.The station wagon ran into the rear of the Burroughs auto knocking it approximately 75 feet into the front of a Hughes Gin Co. storage building, the report continued.Officers estimated damages at $500 to Burroughs’ car, $100 to the station wagon and $100 to the storage building.*No charges were filed, the accident report stated.
