La*fc evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Starlin, 148 East Eleventh street, the anniversary of this good couple was celebrated with a large card party, musical and dance, for which about one hundred and fifty invitations had been issued. The ladles' prize at cards was won by Mrs. Wm. Prather, and was a fancy plate. The prize for gentlemen, a box of cigars, was won by Mr. Joseph Myers. At eleven o’clock an excellent supper was served. Those who assisted in the hospitalities were Mrs. Wm. Prather, Misses Moliie Daub, Lucy Lauter and Blanche Starlin. Among the many gneBfcB were Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Banter, of Iroafcon, and Mcb. Woods, who is viaitiug Mrs. Fred Faivre.At two o’clock in the morning guests departed for home,-wishing the gonial hoet and hostess many more such,: happy returns of their wedding anniversary.
