Jonas Blanton. 61, 4070 Hamilton-Mason Hoad, died Sunday at 9 a.m. in Cleveland Cline.He was born in Rockcastle County, Ky., a son of Nathaniel and Ella Helton Blanton.He married Ella Logsdon in Middletown, Feb. 8, 1936 Mr Blanton was owner of Fairfield Nursing Home for 26 years.Survivors include his wife, Ella Blanton; his mother, Mrs Ella Blanton, Hockledge, Fla.; two sons, Ralph Blanton, Georgetown, Ohio, Timothy Blanton, Hamilton; two daughters, Mrs. Sheryl Cox, Cincinnati, Mrs Terry (Joan) Shollenbarger, Hamilton; five grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs, Robert (Laura) McQueen, Mrs. Robert (Gertrude) Rathgens, both of Hamilton; Mrs. Carrie King,Rock ledge, Fla.Services Tuesday at 2 p.m., Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave.Burial Rose Hill BurialPark.Visitation Monday 7 to 9 p.m.The family suggests memorial donations to the Pulmonary DiseaseDepartment, in care of Cleveland Clinic in Mr. Blanton’s name.
