The ject of this suit is to procure a decree for a sale ot he real estate of David Spre* her, late of Washington i'oanty. deceased, or so much thereof as may be rc-iUired to pay his debts. The bill states that D.vidSpree her, on the 5th day of April, ls7*, executed hi* ingic bill or scaled note to Martin L. Spree her for thesum ol payable twelve months after date, withinterest from date, with Philip B. Bpreehcr as security,ho h single bill was assismed to Eli Spree her, the complainant, remains unpaid, and is ti*ed in the csum*as an exhibit.That said David Sprecher wasalso indebted tooth* r persons in considerable sums 01 money, and, owning some personal property and two farms lying somedistance west of Hagerstown in Washington Com?tvin the State of Maryland, departed this hie intestaten the summer of lT?, leaving, as his children and heirs at law. David M. bprecher and Eli/.a belli h s wife, John Sprecher, Daniel Sprecher and Anna, uis wife, and Barbara Ann Sprecher, now the wife of Martin bostetur of Washington County, Samuel Sprecherand his wife Martha, Philip B.
