IX EAU PMSfKl!*On Friday Inst Fronds Gotchy, who resides in the town of Kao Pleine, had his log barn destroyed by fire* He also lost a valuable horse end some agricultural Implements. The origin of the lire Is noknown. Jnmes and John Phillips of the same town had their barn destroys! by Attest Ares. The former's toss wasalight, but the latter had a valuablo barn, 80x40 feet. Frank Duronseauhad his farniture stored in the barn, all of which was destroyed. Several others lost their fences, and in sever*al eases narrowly escaped losing theirhouses. The fire burned over nearlyas many acres in that town as it didduring the dry spell last spring.
