We are proud of the fact that Miss Georgia has a gift of composition and glad that we were permitted to hear such wonderful ideas which were purely original, assembled and also type written without error.Two very interesting contests were given, one in which each guest wrote a tribute to Mother in verse. This one was won by Mrs. Mae Good.Mrs. Murfin also gave a solo entitled, “Mother MaCree.”Mrs. Roy Jones, a new member, was present. Guests of the afternoon were Mrs. Lily Zobrist of Assumption, Mrs. Lisle Simcox of Clinton,Mrs. Eber Craig of Terre Haute, Ind.,Mrs. Chas.
