Pastor Says Nuptial Rite For CoupleNow at home at 300 MonroeSt., Wauptin, are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Sherman Lackey, who were married during a 3 p.m. ceremony April 30 at the Wau-pun Methodist Church by Rev. Dale Jennings. The bride is the former Karen Ann Schwarze, daughter of Mrs. Evelyn Schwarze, 100 N. State St.. Wau-pun. and the bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Harvey Lackey. 122 Commercial St.. Waupun.Mixed bouquets adorned the altar for the ceremony, at which Miss Chervl Schwarze was her sister's maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Edward Garlow of Waupun and Mrs. Carl Lackey. Jeannette Laue of Beaver Dam was the flower girl.Donald Lackey was his brother’s best man and the groomsmen were Carl Lackey of Wau-pun, another brother, and Edward Garlow. Raymond Lackey, a brother of the bridegroom, and William Vossekuil, both of Waupun, ushered the'guests to their seats at church. BrianLSchwarze carried the rings for ihis sister's wedding.’ Guests from Beaver Dam, Fox Lake, Waupun, Fond du Lac, Brandon and Waukesha attended the reception held at the American Legion Hall in Waupun. The bride is employed by the Frank-Russell Division of the Ripon Knitting Works and her husband is an employe of Ber-lin-Seating.
