Joseph F. HappJoseph P. Happ of Doylestown died Friday at Doylestown Hospital. He was 72.He was the husband of Jane Walker Happ.Bora in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Henry end Mazy Messelberger Happ.A 1928 graduate of Doylestown High School, he operated the former Happ Sons Realtors in Doylestown for 40 years. He retired In 1979.He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Doylestown where he was a member of the St. Joseph Society. He was a member of the Doylestown Lions Club.An avid golfer, he was a member of the Neshaminy Valley Golf Club in Warwick.Surviving besides his wife are three sons, Robert J. of Chalfont, Richard of Bedminister and Jeffrey T. of Pasadena, Calif.; five grandchildren; a brother, Albert C. of Doylestown Township; and a sister, Gertrude M. Bauman of Doylestown.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am. Tuesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.Contributions may be sent to the American Heart Association, 408 E.
