After die luncheon, a bus will take the governor, area legislators and others to the site of Uie iJim.Terrell Arnold, Rexburg, said the purpose of the visit is to show the governor and other officials that the dam would not drastically affect Idaho fish and wildlife habitat as claimed by the Idaho Environmental Council and others who have opposed the dam
