Dr. I. W. KEENAN BUYS THE DR. CLARK HOMESTEADAn announcement that will be of great interest to all Cambridge isthat Ir. I. W. Keenan has bought the old I »r. Clark homesteal on Clark street and two'and one-half acres of ground surrounding It. No more; beautiful site and surroundings for a hospital and sanitarium could be found anywhere. It is high and thoroughly drained, home like and very attractive in view and surroundings. He proposes to further beautify the grounds, which now constitute the most attractive private park in the vicinity of Cambridge and put j everything in first class order for use as quickly as possible.It is expected that a street car line ' will be built to and past the property in the near future, sewerage and city water service will be put in to reach all tbis new adaition.The present hospital is kept crowded to its full capacity aud much better accommodations will be secured in the Clark property. Dr. Keenan proposes to add buildings as they may be needed according to a well ma-tured plan. Tbe price paid is under- jstood to be to, 500.
