Marilyn McGrahArthur Greteman HereThe wedding of Marilyn Me*Grane, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.Clarence McGrane of Carroll, and Arthur J. Greteman, son of Mr. and Mrs. .John Greteman of Willey, took place at 9 o’clock Tuesday morning, May 15, at St. Joseph’s Church here.Mr. McGrane gave his daughter in marriage at the double ringceremony, which was performed by the Rev. Lawrence Greteman of Halbur, uncle of the bridegroom.Cecelia Ellgroth. organist, played a 15-minute prelude, “SilverTrumpets” by Rossjni as the processional and “March Triumphal” by William Stickles as the recessional.Thomas McGrane of Omaha, brother of the bride, sang “Immaculate Mary,” “Panis Angeli* cus” and ”0 Lord, I Am Not Worthy.”* + **The bride wore an all-white floor-length gown of French imported Chantilly-type lace and nylon tulle over bridal satin. The all-lace sculptured bodice was worn with a fitted lace jacket designed with demure rounded collar and long sleeves tapered to deep points over the wrists. The bouffant skirt was of draped tulle between vertical j bands of lace ending in nosegays1 of tiny white roses with satin 1 bows, all above a full flounce of tulle.ro TEACH AT CLEAR LAKE . . . She carried a sunburst of pink rosette roses encircled with lilies of the valley and trimmed with white net and narrow satin ribbon. Her tatted handkerchief was a gift from Mrs. E. J. Riley.* * *Kathleen McGrane of Portsmouth, Va., was her sister's maid of honor. Lucille Greteman of Omaha, sister of the bridegroom, was bridesmaid. They wore identical waltz-length gowns of pale pink embroidered organdy over taffeta. The fitted bodices had scalloped V-shaped necklines. The scalloped trim was repeated in the edging of the full, gathered skirts.The attendants’ large pink and white picture hats were trimmed with pink lilies of the valley, pointing up the embroidered lilies of the valley in their dresses. They carried tiny colonial bouqueta of shell pink carnations, pink net and narrow pink ribbon.* * *Martin Greteman of Omaha, brother of the bridegroom, was best man and Richard Hoelscher, friend of the bridegroom, groomsman.Robert McGrane of oLs Angeles. Thirty-five guests were entertained at dinner and 150, at ths reception.Florence Dinges poured coffee, and Shirley Wernimont cut the | bride’s cake. Joan Hannasch had charge of the guest book.* * *Following a wedding trip in western states, Mr. and Mrs. Greteman will live in the Nagl apartments, West Sixth Street, after May 25. For traveling, the bride has a red and white three-piece linen suit with white accessories.The bride, a graduate of Carroll High School in 1952, is an operator in the Carroll office of the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company.
