CAPTAIN GAUMER TAKES COMMAND(Continued From Page One).which is being financed by a! grant from the rederal and state I governments.During the administration of Captain Gaspar the corps engaged in the erection of rail fpnces around the 335 acre reservation, cleared out the under brush and cut trails through the woodlands. The site for the dam has been cleared and everything is in readiness to start with the construction when the money is appropriated for the materials.
