B, Morton and I he Bureau of Land Management in a suit to halt construction of the Teton Dam project in eastern Idaho,No opposition to the motionwas expressed,The Sierra Club, Trout Un-Uniited and several individuals Friday were granted the motion by U.S. District Court Judge Fred M. Taylor.The amended complaint strikes five of the 10 original al~ legations of violations by the defendants and arlris one other.The main impact o£ the allegations is that Hie federal agencies have failed to comply vrith the National Environmental Protection .Act and with Idaho laws dealing with clean streams,I'ay lor ha.? turned down two previous attempts by the plaintiffs to seek an injunction against Hie project, which they claim is unnecessary an:l a danger to I he environment,
