AnniversaryORVILLE and LYDA JAYJays celebrate 49Orville L. and Lyda O. (O’Neal) Jay are celebrating 49 years of marriage on Monday, May 16.Orville and Lyda were married by the Rev. Coy Foor May 16, 1945, on Grvilie's home place in Clearville.The Jays have been lifetime members of the community. Until recently, Orville was an active farmer, and Lyda has been an active housewife.The Jays are the parents of two children: Deborah (Jay) Clark ofyears of marriageClearville RD 2, married to Clad D-Clark; and Orville E. Jay, married to the former Phylis Miller, of Crystal Springs.Orville and Lyda have four grandchildren: Chastine, Chad, Michele and Jessica, and two step-grandchildren: Rodney and Janie.The Jay’s family invites relatives and friends to help celebrate their 49th anniversary by sending cards to: Orville and Lyda Jay RD 1, Box 91, Clearville, Pa. 15535.
