Jeff Duhrkopf was named recipient of the Craftsmanship Award in the Industrial Arts Division df the annual Sumner Community High School Arts and Industrial Arts Fair held Tuesday might at the junior high auditorium.This is the highest award attainable in the Industrial Arts division.Dean Weitenbagen was awarded a first place in the Open Division (10th and 12th), Industrial Arts HI second place went to Mark Smith. Wendel Kuker was first place winnerin Cabinetmaking, Gene Mitchellreceived second and Randy Meyer, /third.In Industrial Arts II, Mjtrk Juel received a first place award in Woods, John McAloon, second and Dennis Sctiwake, third. Dan Meyer was awarded first in Electrical. There were no other awards in this class.The Drafting area of the Industrial Arts Fair included four divisions.
