Mr. and Mrs. VoelsehowVoelschow/50LA PORTE err? - Harold andHelen Voelsehow will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house for family and Mends from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at La Porte City Golf and Country Club.Harold Voelsehow and Helen Lorenzen were married May 18, 1952, in WaterlooMr. Voelsehow retired from John Deere, andMrs. Voelsehow is retired from Covenant Medical CenterHosting the event will be their children and spouses, Jeff and Cheryl Voelsehow, Terry Voelsehow, Lisa andJayMcCool, allof LaBorte City, Jodie and Itoger Hedgman of Oelwein, Rita and Gene Kamback of Vinton, and Scott and Linda Voelsehow of Oklahoma City.They have 11 grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, one great-grandchild and four stepgreat-grandehil-dren.No invitations are being sent, andthe couple request no gifts.
