Tekla H. OckerTekla H. Ocker, 71, of Lamar died Friday in Hospice Care Center.She was a homemaker.Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday in Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. Warren M. Hile officiating. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave.Mrs. Ocker was born Feb. 29, 1916, in Munger, Kan . to Anton J. Clemon and Tina Fross Stecklein.She married Charles Ocker, who preceded her in death.She attended First Christian Church.Survivors include a son, James Billings of Long Beach, Calif.; three brothers, Luke of Colorado, Fred of Idaho and Rudy of Utah; two sisters, Virginia Collins of Washington and Josephine Ellis of Idaho; eight grandsons; and five great-grandchildren.
