Sal* or Storm and Lot,—The sale, by Measri. Ceotiau lt;t Mc Pixt, on Tueeday, *f two of the stores lately treated by if. J. A. Mrtc,**, on Second street, between LsQgdon and Heaiy, and of*a Sot fronting on Langdon, was made at fig ores «*t^factory to ail parties—indicative of the fact thac property in that locality is held in* pretty good estimation. The lower of the four stores, twenty-two feet front, was bought by Mr. Hoffs, at $2,400; the one nest thie way,same front,by Mr. Gsa. Bkock-Kan, at $2,450; the lot oo Langdon atreitj thirty feet by ninety, by Mr. SrocskaX, at $650. Wh.ole amount of sale, $5,500.
