Funeral services for Giles R. Lambert, 73, of Canton were held at 10 a. m. Friday, May 5, at the Oakland Baptist Church with Rev. W. I. Thomas and Rev. Ray Boutler officiating.Interment was in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of HHtiard Funeral Home ofCanton.Mr. Lambert died Thursday at his home. He was a farmer and a retired groceryman. Mr. Lambert was a native of Harrison County but had spent most of his life in Van Zandt County. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Grand Saline and was a member of the Oakland Baptist Church where he was a deacon.Survivors include his wife,
