Bedfast 6 She StaysBy VIRGINIA LEE Religion EditorMathers and grandmothers who find it increasingly difficult to maintain a cheerful outlook on life as birthdays come and go would do well to emulate Mrs. Anna Culler, a patient in Castleloma Sanitarium.She has a splendid sense of humor and Christian values despite advanced years and six - years constant confinement to her bed. Mrs. Culler, who celebrated her 83rd birthday Wednesday as the center of a family gathering, will have a similar Mothers’ Day observance tomorrow.“I’m so glad to see you,” she tells her numerous callers. The firm clasp of her hand and the twinkle irfr her eyes assures them she means it.Mrs. Elinor M. Reschke, proprietor of the sanitarium, says her optimism continues after the visitors have gone.★Mrs. Culler’s birthday, complete with cake and candles,Y ears, Cheerfulgifts, flowers, and cards, brought her sister. Miss Florence Fox, Lucas, RD 1, and several nieces and nephews to her bedside.Tomorrow Mrs. Culler will greet some of her more im-' mediate family. She has three sons, Ted, of Kansas City, John and Karl, of Cleveland, and four grandchildren. All are former Mansfielders.Mrs. Culler, the widow of Eugene Culler, was a faithful worker in First English Lutheran Church during her active years. Dr. Carveth P.
