ARRESTED FOR FAILURE TOj SUPPORT MINOR CHILDRENMrs. Alice Philbin has caused the arrest of Byron Mead, for failing to support their minor child, Florence Mead, aged 13 years. The Meads separated a number of years ago and Mrs. Mead remarried. She claims that her former husband has failed to support the child. The matter came up for hearing tills morning before Justice J. M. Bech-tol and was eantinued for one week,May 16.
