ThrashersObserved 50th Anniversarym/Mr, and Mrs. Forrest Thrasher of 2848 Brick Row, | observed their .50th wedding anniversary Sunday with a family dinner at the home of their daughter, Mrs. Charles Traxler.They were married May 3, 1914 in the First Christian Church by Rev. J. L. Black. Mrs. Thrasher is the former Elizabeth Hobbs.The Thrashers have three children and five great-grandchildren.Mr. Thrasher came from East Monroe, Ohio, in 1912 and has made his home here since' then. He is a retired Morrell employe. Mrs. Thrasher is a native Ottumwan.
