Murder.*—A man by the name ofTruesdale was killed at Fayetteville, last Saturday night. It appears that Truesdale in company with some other young men, were serenading a young lady atthe house of Mrs. Bovard in Fayetteville, when a shot was fired which struck-Truesdale from behind and penetrated his heart, killing him instantly.
