Clyde O. Welch Jr.Princeton, WV— Clyde 0. Welch Jr., 92, formerly of Bluefield, W.Va., passed into the arms of his Savior on Friday, May 1,2020 at Loving Hands Adult Care.Bom of July 26,1927, Clyde was the son of Clyde 0. Welch, Sr. and Anna King Welch from Kimball, W.Va.He was aCorporal in the U.S. Arm}' serving as a medic in the Korean War, an Army Reservist, Head T and D Clerk for AEP in Welch and Bluefield, W.Va. for 35 years, a master gardener, an avid bowler for 60 years, self -taught keyboard player, and also played ukulele and harmonica.He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years Peggy Ann Warner Welch in 2010 and was the last living member of his immediate family.Survivors include daughter Penny WelchBelcher and husband John of Princeton, W.Va., son Brian Welch and wife Vickie of Bluefield, W.Va., grandsons Justin Belcher and wife Cassie of SanFrancisco, CA and Derek Belcher and wife Phuong Le of San Bruno, CA and was great grandfather to Mai Phuong Belcher of San Bruno, CA.
