Powell, 709 Bartram Ave.He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert John Anderson, 1020 Lawrence Ave., Darby.Soloist was Mrs. Alice MacKinnon and Mrs. Margaret Morrell was organist.Gowned in taffeta embroidered with seed pearls, the bride was given in marriage by her father. A matching pillbox held her lace-trimmed veil, and sheAlexandercarried a cascade of white roses.Mrs. John Worrell of Wilmington, Del., was matron of honor. She wore a powder blue taffeta gown, with a bodice of embroidered organdy, and carried white carnations.The bridesmaids—Miss Phyllis Frutiger of Collingdale, cousin of the bride, and Miss Nancy Scott of Media, cousin of the bridegroom—were gowned identically.The bride’s niece, Linda Powell of Aston, served as flower girl, and Scott Powell of Clinton, Mass., was ring bearer.Henry Epright of Darby was best man for his cousin. Ushers were Albert Powell of Aston, brother of the bride, and William Bullock of Darby.Following a reception at Fireside Open Hearth, Springfield, the couple left for a honeymoon in Lakeville.
