MUI.KOXEY’s CLOSE CALL.From the Warner home the twister look a northeasteriy direction but did no damage until it reached the home of Kern Minroney. Here it destroyed u cow barn. An empty wagon stood between I wo stacks of hay. It was driven a distance of about i?00 feet., but the hay stacks were nor. damaged to any extent. The cloud passed within i» rods of Joseph Mutroncy’s house. It did not seem to be moving very fast at the time. It destroyed considerable fence and a tree or two and scooped^ the water out of the river, leaving several dead ilsh along the opl posite bank. Mulror.ey Bros, feel thankful that they escaped so easily. Ihc track of the storm can be easily traced but Mr. Mulroney says it was q'Juj narrow at. his place. Further on it is reported to have been about 200 feet wide.
