AFirst Baptist church of Park Forest will celebrate its 20th anniversary tomorrow at 7 p.m. in Fellowship hall of the church.The celebration will begin with dinner served at 7 p.m. followed by a program conducted by Dr. Mel Lorentzen, interim pastor.Guest speaker will be Dr. William Webber of University Heights Baptist church of Springfield, Mo. Dr. Webber served as pastor to the FirstBaptist church of Park Forest from May, 1906, to July, 1966.THERE WILL be planned activities for children 12 years of age and under. A nursery willbe provided for infants. TicketsHope Lutheran Sign-Up OpenRegistrations for pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and grades one through eight are being taken at Hope Lutheran school, 424 Indianwood boulevard, Park Forest.Toregister for prekindergarten, children must be four years old by December 1 of the new school year, and kindergarten registrants must have reached five years by the same date.Families who are not members of Hope church may enroll in the school on a tuition basis. The school offers early childhood, elementary and junior high school curriculum.
