Arthur Dumke, Doty street, pleaded guilty to a charge of being in possession of more than the daily bag limit of perch. Albert F. Dunham, conservation warden, charged Dumke had 206 perch minnows. The court imposed a fine of $50 and costs or 60 daysand said a recommendation of the conservation commission was being followed in remitting the fine.Dumke, represented by counsel,A. C. McHenry, paid court costs of $3.35.
