- SIXTIETH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY FOR EVERSON COUPLE — Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lute of 621 Brown St., Everson, were married sixty years on April 26. Their children commemorated the occasion by hosting a family dinner last Sunday at the Lute residence.Mrs. Lute is the former Mary Waiters, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dominic A. Waters of Scottdale. Her husband is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Lute of Greeds burg.They were married April 26, 1911, in St. John the Baptist R, C. Church, Scottdale, with the Rev: Michael A. Lambing, now deceased, officiating.Three children bora to the union are Mrs. Edward (Catherine) Cristner and Harry Lute, both of Scottdale, and Mrs. Russell (Jean) Province of Greensburg. There are nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren in the family.Mrs. Lute, 81 years old, is a member of Court Lambing No. 314, Catholic Daughters of America in Scottdale. She and her husband, 79, have been members of St. John the BaptistChurch for about thirty years.Mr. Lute was retired from the Frick Coal Co. in 1955, where he was employed for forty' years. He is a member of the Holy Name Society in Scottdale.
