Cook ChildrenRoy Barnard Cook Jr. celebrated his first birthday on April 23 with a party at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Barnard Cook, Kannapolis, Rt. 3. Also on hand for the celebration were his older brothers — Eric who will be 7 years old on May 29, and Todd who will celebrate his fourth birthday in October. Both a carrousel and a circus theme were carried outin the decorations. Grandparents of the children are Mrs. Augusta Cook and the late Roy Smoot Cook, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Crisco of Kannapolis. Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bob Crisco of Davidson. D. M. Beam and Mrs. Willie Mae Gill of Kannapolis. Mother of the children is the former Miss Millie Crisco.
