Town of Washington but not Included In the land and real estate conveyed by the grantor herein to Fnmds J. Qulrico, Trustee, by a deed dated September 8. 1952 to be recorded In Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds. The land conveyed to said Francis J. QulriCo, Trustee, Is located on the Westerly side of the Washington Mountain Road, so-called, in said Town of Washington,All of the land in said Washington of which said John Tuohey died seized and possessed situated era the .Easterly side of the road which runs from Pittsfield 'to Becket. Meaning and intending to convey all of the real estate conveyed ta th* decedent by Georgian* Mlddle-brook by deed dated September 1962 and recorded in Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds in Book 588, Pm 343, subject to and with the benefit cl anv and all rights, privileges and easements of record. *Bald premises will be sold subject to all taxes.
