And on top of that, she took on the task of rearing six grandchildren as her own reached the grown-up stage.Grandma Scott Uvea much in tbs part—when aba was struggling to bring up the six lively grandchildren, with the help ofFrank, who has stayed at home with her through the years since his father, Samuel Scott, died in 1M4.Grandma got around and did her housework until a fall broke her right leg in 1953. It was the second break. The leg did not heal and Mrs. Scott no longer could walk. However she was able to sit on a seat enclosed in a frame on wheels.In the walker, she still was able to do some of the housework, making beds, washing dishes, and doing some cooking.Mrs. Scott was born in Columbus.
