COLORED SOCIETY.Mrs. Bltnche Washington continues ill.A concert will be given at the opera house Wednesday night of next week, for benefit of the Jenkins Cornet Band.Mr. and Mrs. Greenup Smith, of East Market street, celebrated their golden wedding last night. Quite a number of invited guests took part in the happy event.There will be a called meeting of Daniels Post, No. 500, G. A. II. thisevening at 7:30. All comrades requested to be present.
