Bob Caperton officiating. Graveside services and burial were scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Pilot Knob Cemetery in Stephenville, under the direction ofFrobert Funeral Home.An Alvin resident since 1946, Underwood was a retiredtank builder. He was preceded in death by his wife Viola in Dec. 11,1980.Survivors include son Bill Underwood of South America, granddaughter Jennifer Ruth Underwood of Alvin, sister Cecile Greer of Mound Ridge. Kansas and brother A.D.Underwood of Alvin.
